Straightening out a crooked tent.

Imagine the fabric of a tent.  It’s up but something is not right.  The clip and zipper in the front won’t close correctly.  You look and feel around the whole tent and find there is pinch down in the back.

One has to look far away from the “problematic” latch to find where the actual pulling is coming from.  To restore the tent’s natural alignment one must properly release the fabric.

Now imagine dozens of patterns of pinching and strain, through layers of fabric.  That is what happens in your body. We experience the pain – the bad latch in front – but it’s the myriad patterns of silent strain behind the pain need to be logically addressed.

Rolfing has a sophisticated system of assessment and treatment to effectively unlock the hidden strain, the strain you don’t feel, that is silently causing the discomfort you do feel.
